During the conception and on-site construction phases, an MDL employee oversees your project. Regardless of where your event is located, our project and site managers are personally there for you on site, coordinating the team.

If required, our graphic designers develop the right design for your stand. Our production specialists are also happy to work with your in-house designs or those provided by your agency.

To help you make an informed decision before the production stage begins, we illustrate your project using 2D and 3D photo-realistic images of the inside and outside.

We have our own network for producing graphic designs, digital prints, adhesive images and lettering, plots, 3D logos and backlighting.

Our team will fully furnish your stand with rental furniture, e.g. bar stools, lounge furniture, lamps, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge. Your trade fair staff will have all they need to hand.

Unusual furnishing requests, such as fancy tables, bar stools and benches etc., can be fulfilled with high-quality pieces handcrafted in our trade fair workshop.

We also plan and provide decorative finishing touches, like flowers, potted plants, trees and bushes.

MDL expo International’s full range of services also includes photo productions, image films, trailers and animations in 2D and 3D. Our high-tech partners install the technology required for lighting, audio, video and data networks according to your wishes and under our guidance.

• MDL expo International has also been building two-storey trade fair stands available in any size for some years now. We use our own steel platforms with tested load-bearing capacity.
